The applicant agrees to authorize the organizer, unconditionally and without compensation, to use, edit, and reproduce all audio and video files submitted by the applicant.
Personal data of the applicant will be used only by the organizer and its co-organizers; personal data will not be sold, rented, authorized, transmitted, or disclosed to others, except for internal use by a government agency when permitted by law.
The accepted applicant agrees to fully cooperate with the organizer's side filming activities throughout the stay at the Office of the President; agrees to authorize the organizer, unconditionally and without compensation, to make public all photos, audio and video footage shot within the Office of the President and its surrounding grounds on the official website and in promotional materials for related events.
The applicant agrees to authorize the organizer, unconditionally and without compensation, to use, edit, and reproduce all work created by the applicant and their team, including images, texts, and videos.
All travel expenses during the trip in Taiwan, including flights and accommodation, shall be borne by the accepted applicant. The organizer will only provide accommodation for one night at the Office of the President, with breakfast the following morning. In addition, the co-organizers will provide accommodation for one night at either a distinctive B&B or a star-rated hotel.
The organizer reserves the right to retain, amend, alter, suspend, or terminate any content related to this activity at any time, and any relevant announcement on the official website shall prevail. For all matters not covered herein, the organizer reserves the right to make supplemental regulations, announcements, and interpretations.
